This Slow Cooker Honey Nut Granola recipe lets you make a big amount of your favorite snack or breakfast food!

– 5 cups old fashioned rolled oat– 1 1/2 cups raw almonds, divided– 1 teaspoon cinnamon– 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt– 1/2 cup honey– 1/2 cup coconut oil– 1/4 cup brown sugar– 1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTION
Cooking spray a big slow cooker. Oats in slow cooker. In a food processor, grind half the almonds into tiny crumbs for the slow cooker. After grinding, add small to medium almond pieces to oats.
