Collective Bias, Inc. and Quaker compensated this shop for its cheesy, snackable Savory Ranch Granola. My opinions always remain mine.
INGREDIENT
– 3 cups old fashioned rolled oat– 2 cups mixed nuts (I used almonds, walnut pieces, and pistachios)– 1 cup mixed seeds (I used pepitas)– 2 cups grated or finely shredded parmesan cheese– 2 teaspoons dried parsley flake– 2 teaspoons dried onion– 1 teaspoon garlic powder– 1 teaspoon onion powder– 2 teaspoons dried dill– 2 teaspoons kosher salt– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper– 2 egg white– 1/2 cup olive oil
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
INSTRUCTION
Warm the oven up to 350 degrees. Put the oats, nuts, seeds, and Parmesan in a big bowl and mix them together.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Step 1
Sprinkle the dried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, pepper, egg whites, and olive oil in a small bowl. Mix the ingredients with a whisk.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Step 2
Drop the oil mix on top of the oats and mix them around to cover them. Place the oats on two big baking sheets with rims.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Step 3
To make the oats brown and crispy, bake them for 25 to 30 minutes and stir them once or twice during that time. Let it cool on the pan, then put it in a container that won't let air in for a few weeks.
