I hope your Memorial Day weekend was lengthy, luxurious, and restful. This easy, delicious red, white, and blue Healthy Berry Crisp is a day late and a dollar short, but enjoy it all summer.
INGREDIENT
– 5 cups berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)– 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oat– 1/2 cup raw unsalted walnuts, chopped– 3/4 cup almond meal– 1/2 cup maple syrup– 1/3 cup olive oil– 3/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTION
Warm the oven up to 350 degrees. Put the berries in a pan that is 8 inches by 8 inches or in 6 ramekins.

Step 1
Add the oats, walnuts, almond meal, maple syrup, olive oil, and salt to a bowl and mix them together. The mixture should be spread out evenly over the berries.

Step 2
Put it in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the fruit starts to bubble. Warm it up and serve it with yogurt or ice cream.
