Air Fryer Truffle Polenta Fries Recipe

Truffle-infused oil and truffle zest make these air fryer truffle polenta fries crispy on the exterior and soft and juicy on the inside. I serve them with steak—steak frites.

– 1 (18 ounce) tube prepared polenta – 1 1/2 tablespoons black truffle-infused olive oil – 1 1/2 teaspoon truffle zest seasoning (such as Sabatino® Truffle Zest) – 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese – 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

Ingredients

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) per manufacturer's instructions. Place paper towels on a baking sheet.

Instruction

Cut the polenta tube in half widthwise. Each half should be cut lengthwise and into 1/2-inch fried sticks.

Whisk truffle-infused olive oil and zest in a bowl. Toss fries lightly.

Place fries in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fryers vary in size, thus fries may need to be cooked in batches.

Cook 10 minutes. Cook 5 minutes more after shaking the basket. Transfer fries to baking sheet with tongs. Add Parmesan and minced parsley.
